Consulting with Communities
As the company name suggests, Neighborly Fence Staining, LLC focuses mostly on staining fences. In addition to fences, we have also stained pergolas, decks, stairways, playgrounds, furniture, entry ways to buildings, bridges, as well as painted exterior houses, garage floors, and interior drywall, including a mural.
For HOA communities, we offer free surveillance of the fence line and follows up with a consultation at no charge, in order to communicate the condition of the fence. David will strategically develop and propose a plan to stain the entire HOA fence. Smaller communities might get the whole project done in one summer, whereas larger HOA districts might opt to have the fence completely stained over the course of a few years.
Affordable solution
