How the Company Started... and Grew
As a teacher, between school years, in the summer of 2019, David offered support to a neighbor who needed some help around the house. One of the things she asked him to do was stain her fence. While kneeling on the sidewalk, hand-painting the exterior fence with a brush, a couple walking their dog asked David if he was for hire, to which he answered… “Sure!” In that moment, a business was born.
By word of mouth, neighbors told each other about David’s exceptional quality work and reasonable rates. By the following summer, David had stained over 100 residential fences in the neighborhood. Since then, David has expanded his scope of business to include dozens of HOA and Metro District communities in Colorado’s front range. The business has now evolved to include fence installation as well as repairs and replacements in addition to staining and maintenance. David continues to find joy in improving the look of the local neighborhoods.

David Luongo (owner)
David has enjoyed two decades as an educator, and while he loves working with kids, he also has a passion for improving the curb appeal of neighborhoods. Raised on the east coast, David fell in love with beautiful Colorado on the seat of a bicycle, as a recent Johns Hopkins graduate, while he pedaled from Baltimore to San Francisco to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
David is a resident of Leyden Rock in Arvada, Colorado, nestled up against the foothills of the front range, where he has access to the mountains to enjoy all the activities that brought him out here: hiking 14ers, camping, skiing, and snowboarding. Currently, David lives with his wife, daughter, and three dogs.
